Everyday Erica. Everyday Life. Everyday Adventures. Homepage

Everyday Erica is a space where I can be creative and share my recipes, travels, fitness ventures, and overall life experiences with the ones I love. I currently live Denver and enjoy all the things the mountains and city have to offer. I'm a planner who has learned you can't plan for life, so I'm going to enjoy the ride while I've got this chance.

March Life

Nothing like starting out the month with MEAT! Pork Belly actually. Amazing, delicious, pork belly.

Hope your March was full of good things too! Here's a bit of mine...

Besides the pork belly starting out the month, I also got to visit with some Denver friends for the weekend. We ate, we drank, and we explored some local olive oil.

Of course my March was full of swimming, biking, and running. As if I have to remind you - right?!

This ride was about 40 miles to Nicasio, CA. With a big rock in the middle.

And by the way, I can totally keep up with these boys....nbd

I finally finished the latest Wally Lamb book and loved it. Plus, I don't know who Brad it, but thank you for the reminder. There are such a little jewels inside used books

This became my swimming pool in March. 56 degree swimming pool.

My teammates! After that chilling dive in the Bay, we went for a run. We've had amazing weather this season.

Lulu and I have spent a lot of time together the past few months. She is about to get packed up in the photo to go to training weekend where we pumped out 56 miles.

Though I love biking and swimming, this is my comfy zone.

These hot ladies helped me tend bar at Soda Popinski's! All our tips went towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and my Team in Training fundraising!

We raised over $350! AND, it was a BLAST. Being by this wheel was so much fun! Bear fight any one??

The bar also had games...this is Nina taking a break.

Underwater team shot.

Post swim riding among the poppies of California. Not a terrible way to spend a Sunday.

We climbed Mount Diablo, aka, danced with the devil...

Holy smokes - it was a challenge, but we made it.

And I wrapped up the month with the people I spend most of my life with - 40 hours a week at least. My social workers. Happy Social Work Month to us!

Cheers to April. Hopefully it brings showers for those May flowers.
